The Image Group Strengthens Leadership Team
with Key Appointments in Toledo and Richmond
HOLLAND, OH – April 25, 2023 – The Image Group, a leading provider of promotional merchandise and employee recognition solutions, announced today the addition of Rick Low as Division Director, Richmond, and Chuck Rounds as Vice President of Business Development. Both accomplished professionals will join the executive management team, contributing to the development and implementation of the company’s long-term growth strategies.
Rick Low, CPIM, brings decades of active involvement in the Richmond community to his new role as Division Director. He will spearhead The Image Group’s Richmond office which currently serves more than 100 companies. Low previously held the position of National Sales Manager at Epic International. He has extensive experience in the incentive and promotional products industries. Low serves on the board of the Incentive Federation and previously served as President of the Incentive Marketing Association.

Chuck Rounds, a well-respected business leader in Northwest Ohio, will lead The Image Group’s customer acquisition and business development initiatives in Ohio and Michigan. Rounds previously served as President of MT Business Technologies, at that time the largest dealer of Ricoh products in the United States. MT supported thousands of customers in Northern Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Throughout his career, Rounds has helped clients develop process improvements which deliver superior customer and employee experiences.
